Prior to the initial office visit, I gather specific data that helps me understand the numbers and the vision of the practice; data is verified once I am on site. I spend approximately six to eight hours preparing for the first visit. I study the practice before my first visit. Furthermore, I also talk to each staff member with the intention of better understanding their knowledge and impression, strengths and weaknesses of the practice. DDS Consultants value staff members’ opinions and confidentiality. The information I gather allows me to create a customized treatment plan geared toward the practice's success.
